Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading our applications (including NexDot and Kidsmaria) or accessing scrollar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by ScrollAR4U Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900PB2023PTC059346).
2. Educational Software License
ScrollAR4U grants educational institutions, teachers, and individual learners a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute our software packages for educational, classroom, and non-commercial learning purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All 3D models, spatial algorithms, textures, audio tracks, curriculum mappings, and brand marks are the exclusive property of ScrollAR4U Technologies Private Limited. Reverse engineering or decompiling our software is strictly prohibited.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bathinda, Punjab.
